Lodestone Training and Consulting started in late 2019.  From the beginning, we were different from other training companies.  We focused on effective training for real fights. We made sure to have offerings that were beyond the flat range. 

Since we started, we have grown our offerings in both live-fire and non-live-fire courses.  We have been asked by professional and private groups and organizations to stand up Duty Rifle programs, Night Vision programs, Firearms Instructor development, and various ‘train the trainer’ courses.  We are being requested by more and more clients for this kind of help. 

This day-long workshop is designed to teach some of the principles that drive how we organize and run a course.  There is a lot of planning that goes into even the simplest of range days.  We want to share with you some of what we do that makes our training so effective.  This workshop is intended for the professional that is looking to improve their organization, the firearms instructor, and the concerned citizen that wants to make the most of the training day. 

This workshop starts at 9:30 am and we intend to finish up by 5 pm, but let’s be honest, we’ll be there as long as we keep discussing. The day will be broken up into roughly hour-long blocks of instruction with an hour-long break for lunch.  There will be light refreshments.
