Below are the results from the 2023 LTAC Pennsylvania Light Fighter Challenge III. Including the Ruck, there were nine stages for the participants to overcome. Participants were ranked at each station depending on their time, accuracy or on a pass/fail basis. Accuracy scores reflected the number of misses participants had. Point values were given according to rank, with those ranking the highest receiving the least points. Points were totaled to achieve a final ranking.
