MPOETC CLEE ID: CLE02352 — 8 Hours
This course will prepare the Patrol Officer to administer emergency First-Aid until the arrival of EMS. Utilizing the MARCH protocol, and an Individual First-Aid Kit (IFAK), officers will learn about identifying injuries, and how to apply life-saving interventions. Managing major bleeds, airway, respiratory injuries and secondary bleeds to preserve life are the core fundamentals covered in this class.
LTAC will utilize proven instruction methods based on US Army Special Operations Combat Medic training and adapted to the challenges faced by domestic Law Enforcement.
Lodestone’s Instructors are SOCM (Special Operations Combat Medic) qualified.
All medical supplies will be provided for the class. Officers are welcome to bring their own IFAKs to review with instructors.
There is a 30-60 minute lunch break, with lunch being provided by LTAC.
