Rifle Low Light - Day Two

Rifle Low Light - Day Two

from $300.00

The Rifle Low Light – Day Two class is a continuation for the student on learning how to using your Rifle in the dark.  This class is not just about shooting under low light conditions.  It is also about getting students experience with moving in the dark without the use of aids and then moving with Night Vision Devices. The students will shoot various drills, gaining experience and helping them along the path toward mastery.  This will be accomplished using both flashlights and night vision devices. This class will include different operations, such as working with a partner and maneuvering through the woods without the aid of light.  It will use a combination of paper, cardboard, and steel targets for the different drills.

Day Two: We will start with a review of the concepts taught in Day One.  Class will then shoot some drills while there is still light.  Students will move through various terrain in different light conditions both with and without use of Night Vision Devises.  After zeroing lasers, students will then do a series of drills under NODs.  Each student will be able to do a tracer fire.  Class will go beyond just simple familiarization of shooting with the aid of NODs and Lasers, there will be various types of dynamic drills and “jungle walks” through the woods.   Students will gain not only an understanding of how the night vision devises work, but gain confidence in working and operating at night with these tools.

The day will consist of about 1 hour of classroom instruction, followed by live-fire instruction.

When Day One and Day Two are scheduled on consecutive days, slots for both classes can be purchased together at a discounted rate.
