Austere Environment Survival Series: Tomahawk Skills
Austere Environment Survival Series: Tomahawk Skills
The Lodestone Training and Consulting Austere Environment Survival Series will help you learn skills and techniques that could help save your life. You never know when you might find yourself in a situation you hadn’t planned for and there is no help on the way. Whether it’s primitive skills needed to survive in the wilderness, or techniques to maneuver in a non-permissive urban environment, this series will help you be prepared. There are some things you can’t learn from a book or playing a video game, they have to be experienced.
Each student who attends the two-day Tomahawk Skills class will receive their own hand-forged Tomahawk made by Mossy Forge, along with a Kydex blade guard and ax polish. This class will focus on using your Tomahawk as a survival tool. Students will learn how to care for and utilize their ‘hawk so that it will be an invaluable asset in their 72-hour kit. Over the course of the class, students will learn how to employ their Tomahawk when building a shelter, procuring and preparing food in the wild, and making themselves easier to find if they are in need of rescue.
This class is designed to go along with the 72-Hour Kit Seminar, but is not required.
If you already own a Mossy Forge tomahawk, you can opt to take the class without purchasing another.
