3-Day Rifle Vehicle Combatives

3-Day Rifle Vehicle Combatives

from $300.00

This 3-Day Rifle Vehicle Combatives course is a three-day learning experience.  We spend a large part of our days in and around vehicles, it makes sense to train around them.  This class will give you the opportunity to learn from firsthand experience the effects of shooting in, around and through vehicles in both day and night environments.

Day One starts with confirming Zero and then immediately turns to working around the outside of vehicles.  After this, we move inside of the vehicle.  We explain principles and techniques of operating a rifle from inside.  This is followed up by a vehicle lab.  Students learn from firsthand experience the effects of shooting windshields, the body of the car, tires, and other parts of the vehicle.

Day Two starts with dynamic drills.  We then move on to bailout drills.  If your vehicle is disabled, they are bullet magnets.  The best thing to do is to get out and move to a better position.   This is followed by increased stress through different scenarios.  Day Two moves into the night.  Students will experience both the pros and cons of using their flashlights in and around the vehicle.

Day Three will be strictly force-on-force.  We will move from the range to another training location on PGA.  In this built-up environment, we will run scenarios on a street with vehicles and buildings in play.   These scenarios will reinforce the lessons taught in the prior two days.  Day Three will go into the night.

There is a 30-60 minute lunch or dinner break each day, with those meals being provided by LTAC.
