MPOETC CLEE ID: CLE02288 — 24 Hours

This course will prepare the Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor to lead familiarity training on Night Vision Devices, use of the Devices for positive identification, deconfliction and de-escalation, use with duty firearms, and training in various environments and situations. Attendees will leave this course with the tools to build and implement training for officers in their own departments, as well as how to make informed decisions about Night Vision and Laser purchases.

These topics will be covered in a classroom environment, but with the majority of time spent on the range and structure lab.

LTAC will utilize proven instruction methods based on US Army SFAUC training and adapted to the challenges faced by domestic Law Enforcement. Using Night Vision Devices is so much more than just seeing in the dark.Training will allow the NVD to become a natural extension of the student.
