Night Fighter Operator - One

Night Fighter Operator - One

$225.00

This class is intended for the shooter who is experienced operating at night with Night Vision and Lasers. Leaving the flat range behind, this course consists of mostly dynamic drills that will challenge the shooter. Courses of fire will include moving through woods, going around, under, and over various obstacles to get to targets. Target discrimination and identification will be essential to success in this class. This will be a good opportunity for you to test and shake out your kit.

Class will start with a review of basic concepts of working with Night Vision. The class will then shoot some drills while there is still light. Students will then move through various lanes and courses of fire. Some terrain will be open, some in heavily wooded areas. Lanes will require the student to crawl and maneuver around, over and under obstacles. There will be a combination of paper, plastic, cardboard, rubber, and steel targets in different light conditions. This will give different feedback to the participants while under NODs. Students will gain not only a better understanding of how the night vision devices work, but gain confidence in working and operating at night with these tools.

The day will consist of some classroom instruction, followed by live-fire instruction.
