On the fourth Tuesday of each month, we hold a 3-hour seminar, clinic or workshop at X-Ring Custom Gunsmithing. Topics will be different each month and often are exclusive to LTAC Tuesday West.

Topic: Home Med Station - This seminar will start you on your road to building a Home Med Station. We will discuss when you may need to provide long-term, in-home care, what types of supplies you may want to use to stock your med station (including medical and hygiene supplies), how to organize your med station to make sure everything is accessible in an emergency, and methods for reducing stress in a stressful situation.

Topic: Introduction to Combat Pistol - This seminar serves as an informative introduction to using a Pistol for defense. The course will provide students with an introduction to the 8 fundamentals of marksmanship, as well as information and a direction of focus for future training. It will help lay the groundwork for further live-fire classes taught at Lodestone Training and Consulting.

Topic: Communications on the X - What are the principles, tips, and tactics for the real application of communications when you are on the X? This seminar is designed to teach you just that. We will go over establishing a PACE (Primary, Alternate, Contingency, and Emergency) communications plan, radio use, and principles of communicating with it. Working in an organized fashion over the radio will cut down on confusion and miscommunication when it matters most. Limitations of radios and alternate means of communicating will also be discussed.
