Topic: Body Armor Seminar - Body armor has become more and more common. Many shooters are rightly interested in obtaining body armor but are unsure of where to start. In this seminar, we will cover not only how to understand the different ratings, but also the strengths and weaknesses of different materials. We will explain how to properly size and wear the armor. It will cover the advantages and disadvantages of overt vs concealed armor, ballistic helmets, and how to select the armor that is best for you and your needs. We will have a wide variety of armor and carriers available so that students can get hands on experience before making an expensive purchase.

Topic: Small Unit Tactics Seminar - We have been asked repeatedly for some of these topics to be covered in a classroom setting.  To answer that, we’ve set up this presentation.  It will cover principles of small unit leadership, effective communication, patrolling, and patrol base operations.  This seminar will work as a good primer for our multi-day SUT course and leadership.  It will be led by Ret. Green Beret Jared Ross.  He will be using examples from some of the real world missions he’s been on to teach principles of SUT.
